I have to give this State Farm office a two thumbs up!!!!! EVERYTIME I need assistance or have a question, they are so quick to respond. They listen to all of my questions and provide all options available to me with no pressure. I have been a client with this office for almost 40 years and they have always done right by me and my family. Excellent knowledge, rates and team support!!!!! I highly recommend this group, especially RACHEL!!

Thumbs Up - I have had my car insurance through State Farm for many decades. I have always found the State Farm team to be very responsive and helpful. After "shopping around", I connected with Juan Ortiz State Farm in late 2022 when I moved to PA; I continue to have a very positive State Farm experience with the Juan Ortiz team.
